Scott was an executive assistant to Chet Collier a CNBC before moving to Fox News in 1996. At Fox News, she began as a programming assistant and later rose through the ranks in a number of programming, production, and creative positions. In 2005, Scott became the network executive producer and in 2007 he became the vice president of programming. Two years later, she became senior vice president of programming and development and in 2016 she was promoted to executive vice president of programming. Scott was elevated to CEO of both Fox News and Fox Business Network on May 17, 2018.
